The Association’s by-laws provide the underlying organizational structure by which MACS conducts its operations.  

ANNUAL MEETING
Each year, the Association reports on its annual activities, accomplishments and upcoming initiatives to membership at our Annual Meeting. The next Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at the Holiday Inn - I94 - East, in St. Paul.
