Job Description

RBA is a full-inclusion school. Our special education staff pushes in and team-teaches to provide their services. Special Education staff are expected to caseload manage, fulfill due process, provide accommodations/modifications for students, consult staff regarding classroom differentiation, maintain family contact, provide supervision/oversight as needed or directed, assist instruction and attend meetings as scheduled. RBA is working to move toward a model where Special Education teachers are either focused on instruction or caseload management. If interested in either a mixed position (as is current) or a separate instructional and separate caseload position please apply as directed.
License areas - A Minnesota Teaching license in any of the following areas:
ASD, and EBD, or other special education areas

RBA is a full-inclusion school especially targeting students that need to focus on their Executive Functioning skills or need supports for Neuro-Developmental concerns. The school opened its doors as of the 2015-2016 school year and have seen prominent growth. As RBA transitions from its start up phase it seeks a person with great enthusiasm, willingness and ability to grow and change policies and practices that incorporate the school’s established vision and mission.
