Financial Management

While the success of a charter school's academic programs are measured through academic achievement, attendance, retention, graduation rates and other measures of student performance, the management and operations of the school more often than not determine the overall success, sustainability and survival of the school.

The management and operations of a charter school include a wide range of activities - from budgeting and financial management to public/community relations, from transportation services to student recruitment, from building maintenance to student health services, and many more.
