2016-2017 School Year Meeting Dates & Submission Deadlines
Relicensure Committee meetings are held from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the MACS office. All relicensure forms, materials and appropriate fees must be postmarked by the specified deadline in order for materials to be reviewed by the committee.

Submitting Relicensure Materials
Applicants must send their relicensure application packets to the office of the Minnesota Association of Charter Schools via email or fax.
All packets should be sent to email@example.com or faxed to: 651-789-3093.
Packets must be received by the stated deadline for the scheduled meeting at which that the applicant would like their materials reviewed.
The MACS Relicensure Committee will review files during designated meetings.
An email notification of the status of your submission will be sent to you within five business days after the committee's review. File materials will not be mailed back to applicants. No orginals should be submitted.
If the MACS Relicensure Committee approves your materials, the next step will be to complete your online application for license renewal through the MN Department of Education (MDE). The MACS office will provide approved applicants with instructions for completing the online application with MDE.
