The MN Association of Charter Schools is pleased to announce the establishment of the Charter School Pioneer Award. The Pioneer Award is designed to recognize the contributions of individuals who have played a pioneering role in the charter school movement or in a charter school in Minnesota.
The recipients of the award will be selected by the MACS Awards Committee on an annual basis.
The first Charter School Pioneer Award recipients will be honored at the MN Association of Charter Schools Annual Meeting Dinner Celebration on Thursday, November 6, 2008, which will be held at the Holiday Inn East, St. Paul.
Everyone in the charter school movement is invited to submit nominations annually for the Pioneer Award. For a nomination form and guidelines, please download the following documents:
