The MN Legislature is composed of two chambers, the State Senate with 67 members and the House of Representatives with 134 members. The Legislature meets annually with major public policy issues and the budget considered in the odd numbered years.
The MN Association of Charter Schools also advocates for federal legislation and monitors federal programs relative to public charters school.
