The MN Association of Charter Schools' Board of Directors has three standing committees: Executive, Finance and Board Development.
The Board Development Committee is standing committee responsible for developing nominees for the board and board committees as well as planning board training and leadership development activities for the MN Association of Charter Schools Board.
The Finance Committee is a standing committee responsible for overseeing the financial development, budgeting and financial policies of the MN Association of Charter Schools.
The Executive Committee is composed of the four officers of the association and have the power and authority to take actions between meetings of the Board of Directors, subject to the direction and control of the Board of Directors
