The four (4) officers of the board serve as the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee has all of the power and authority of the Board of Directors, except for the power to amend the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws in the intervals between meetings of the Board of Directors, subject to the direction and control of the Board of Directors.
The Executive Committee also serves as the Personnel Committee, which oversees the hiring and annual review of the Executive Director.
