Finance Committee
Chaired by the MACS Board Treasurer, the Finance Committee is a standing committee of the board with the following responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the annual budget and monitor the implementation of the budget.
- Recommend auditor to the board to do the annual audit, the IRS 990 form and the Attorney General's charitable report.
- Develop a long-range development and fundraising plan for the Board's consideration and monitor implementation of the plan.
- Review the annual report done by the auditor.
- Develop, review and evaluate the financial policies of the organization and make recommendations to the board.
