Job Description


- Participates in board meetings/activity - preparing and distributing information to board members, taking minutes.

- Responsible for ordering of office supplies and health supplies.

- Track invoices and update program budgets – monthly updates.

- Reconcile and approve invoices for payment.

- Manages purchase orders; places and verifies orders for instructional and non-instructional supplies and equipment, verifies the receipt of items.

- Manages student database (IC/ MARSS); including new enrollment, general student data, adds, drops and transfers.

- Oversee Infinite Campus (student’s info data/health office visit data).

- Manages student lunch program and applications; including staff and student meal accounts and issuing uniform vouchers for students (IC).


Minimum Qualifications

· Associates degree or equivalent combination of work experience

· 3+ years administrative Office Manager experience, 5+ years a plus

· Working knowledge of business office management

· Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to students, parents, colleagues and visitors

· Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions using sound judgment

· Ability to be flexible, handle interruptions, multi-task and set priorities

· Experience in an educational setting

· Able to communicate verbally in Hmong and English
