How-To: Fundraising 101

There are a ton of barriers for folks around fundraising, and for good reasons. Everyone has fundraising advice but it's hard to tell what advice to take seriously. Our dominant culture frowns on talking about money. Most folks responsible for raising money are also responsible for other things, including running programs or the entire organization. Many folks' donors’ lists exist in their heads, or in a buried Google Doc somewhere. And there's no shortage of folks willing to sell you their silver bullet donor engagement tools which are available to you for the low price of a bazillion dollars.

Cost: $45 per person for MACS member schools, $55 per person for non-member schools
