Meeting Dates, Submsission Deadlines & Review Process
2020-21 Meeting Dates & Submission Deadlines
The MACS Relicensure Committee will be meeting on the following dates:
- Wednesday, January 20
- Deadline to submit is Friday, January 15
- Wednesday, February 24
- Deadline to submit is Friday, February 19
- Wednesday, March 24
- Deadline to submit is Friday, March 19
- Wednesday, May 5
- Deadline to submit is Friday, April 30
**If you have a license expiring January 1, 2021, please submit it to us and we will find time to review it.
Submitting License Renewal Materials
Applicants must send their license renewal application packets to the Minnesota Association of Charter Schools office via email or fax. Packets should be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to: 651-789-3093.
Packets must be received by the stated deadline for the scheduled meeting at which that the applicant would like their materials reviewed.
Packets must follow ALL Committee requirements and use the proper forms
The MACS Relicensure Committee will review your renewal application packet at the next meeting.
An email notification of the status of your submission will be sent to you within five (5) business days after the committee's review.
- Renewal Application materials will not be sent back to applicants.
- No originals should be submitted.
When the Relicensure Committee approves your renewal application, the MACS office will provide instructions for completing the online application with PELSB. You then need to complete your online application for license renewal through PELSB.
