2018-2019 Meeting Dates & Submission Deadlines
Relicensure Committee meetings are held at the MACS office. All license renewal forms, materials and appropriate fees must be submitted by the specified deadline in order for materials to be reviewed by the committee.

Submitting License Renewal Materials
Applicants must send their license renewal application packets to the Minnesota Association of Charter Schools office via email or fax. Packets should be emailed to: email@example.com or faxed to: 651-789-3093.
Packets must be received by the stated deadline for the scheduled meeting at which that the applicant would like their materials reviewed.
The MACS Relicensure Committee will review your renewal application packet at the next meeting.
An email notification of the status of your submission will be sent to you within five (5) business days after the committee's review.
- Renewal Application materials will not be sent back to applicants.
- No originals should be submitted.
When the Relicensure Committee approves your renewal application, the MACS office will provide instructions for completing the online application with PELSB. You then need to complete your online application for license renewal through PELSB.
