Job Description
Career Pathways has an opening for a Part Time Art Teacher for the last 12 weeks of the 2023-24 school year. This teacher leader will create lessons based on MN Standards for 1 mixed age class. Experience a plus as is experience in an urban teacher led school setting. We serve children in grades 6 through 12.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current MN Teaching License with certification in K-12 Visual Arts required. Career Pathways is willing to assist with licensure in some circumstances. Experience as a teacher and / or tutoring a plus.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
Graphic Design Expertize.
Training and Experience with Developmental Designs classroom management.
Successful experience teaching with a focus on Project Based Learning.
