ATTENTION: TIER 1 POSTING UPDATE

*Effective March 25, 2024 through June 30, 2024*

All job postings submitted through MACS that involve a first-time Tier 1 license are required to be posted for a minimum of 15 days and will need three (3) EdPost ID numbers.

All job postings submitted through MACS that involve a renewing Tier 1 license or out of field permission within the same district are required to be posted for a minimum of 60 days and will need nine (9) EdPost ID numbers.

The MACS office will handle the weekly reposting of Tier 1 job postings to EdPost on your behalf and will forward each new EdPost listing with the corresponding ID number to the job post submitter.

IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING A JOB POST THAT INVOLVES A TIER 1 LICENSE, PLEASE CONTACT GENEVIEVE AND LET THEM KNOW BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR JOB POST.

This short-term process is in response to PELSB switching from the EdPost system to a new system for job postings. All job postings that do not involve Tier 1 licenses can be submitted as usual and will be shared with EdPost to be posted for seven (7) days.

All operating and pre-operational charter schools, as well as charter school authorizer liaison offices, are encouraged to utilize our Career/Job Board page as a venue to post job announcements, as it is constantly visited by those seeking employment in the charter school community (with over 1,800 hits on average each month). 

All positions posted are submitted to EdPost as a complimentary service.

Posting Rates for Members & Non-Members

Follow the instructions below for posting a job for either MACS member schools and authorizer liaison offices, or non-member schools and authorizer liaison offices.  Not sure if your school or authorizer is a MACS member? Find your school in our online Charter School Directory or your authorizer in our online Authorizer Directory - MACS membership is indicated on individual organization profile pages.  

• MACS Member Schools & Authorizers

  Job posting services are FREE for MACS member schools and authorizer liaison offices. To submit a job posting on behalf of a MACS member school or authorizer liaison office, please follow the link below to complete the form.

• Non-Member Schools & Authorizers
  

  Job postings for non-member schools & authorizer liaison offices will be advertised FOR A FEE of $59 per advertisement for 30 days. To submit a job on behalf of a MACS non-member school or authorizer liaison office, please submit payment first and then complete the posting form.

Jobs will be posted for 30 days or until 5 business days after the application deadline has expired, whichever occurs first.
